Every month, a portion of your rent is automatically saved into your BPI Equity Program fund, which can be put towards the purchase of a new Bosa Properties home.

25% OF RENT SAVED
25% of your rent is added to a fund every month (if rent is $2,500, $625 would be saved monthly).
5% FOR A NEW HOME
Pay for up to 5% of a new Bosa Properties home with your BPI Equity fund.
0% RISK
If you don't want to use your account, no problem. The fund is available for 24 months after your tenancy if you decide to use it.
